BOOK APPOINTMENT

Steps in a Dental Assessment

  • 1. Check-in MALO CLINIC

After booking your appointment, go to reception, where you will be greeted by our friendly staff so you can check in. Appointments can be made directly at one of our clinics, via our telephone lines or on our website.

  • 2. Patient Manager

One of our Patient Managers will help you fill in your personal details and a health questionnaire, ensuring that the dentist will have all the necessary information available for your assessment.

  • 3. Welcoming and waiting

While you wait for your diagnostic appointment, you can relax in our cozy waiting areas, equipped with TV, WiFi and a selection of newspapers and magazines. You are free to move around the space, and at the time of your appointment you will be notified via the device given to you at check-in.

  • 4. Imagiology service

The appointment includes a visit to the imaging service, where a panoramic X-ray will be carried out. This examination will provide the dentist with a detailed overview of your oral health. If necessary, the dentist may also request other complementary imaging tests.

  • 5. Medical Assessment

At this appointment, the dentist will take a direct look at your oral health, assess your medical history and general health and discuss your main concerns and goals. In addition to taking photos and videos, a 3D image of the mouth is also taken using an intraoral scanner, which, together with the other elements, is essential for determining the clinical situation and carrying out the correct assessment of your case. Our Evaluation Consultation Offices are equipped with an intraoral camera, which allows patients to see the state of their teeth in real time and more easily follow the dentist's explanation. Nowadays, digital tools also allow us to make an approximate simulation of the result we can offer you, according to your wishes and expectations.

  • 6. Treatment Plan

Based on the information gathered and clinical observation, your dentist will draw up a personalized treatment plan. This plan will be completely tailored to your specific needs and intervention priorities, but will also meet the expectations you want for your smile.

  • 7. Check-out MALO CLINIC

After the appointment, you will meet your Patient Manager who will present you with your Treatment Plan. All your questions about the plan, payment terms or other issues will be answered, ensuring a smooth and well-informed check-out. If you wish, you can make all the appointments to start your Treatment Plan.
