Extended Treatment Time

In most dental clinics in Portugal, All-on-4® treatment takes significantly longer. Typically, the procedure (surgery) can last 8 hours or more, with several stages being carried out on different days. This prolongation of treatment can increase patient discomfort and anxiety, as well as the costs associated with multiple visits.

Higher Number of Visits Required

Many clinics require several visits to complete the All-on-4® treatment. These visits can include initial consultations, casts, preparatory surgeries, implant placement and post-operative adjustments. This process can be inconvenient for the patient, especially if it involves frequent travel and additional costs. Multiple visits can also increase the total time needed to complete the treatment.

Limited technology and less precision

Some clinics in Portugal still use traditional methods for planning and carrying out All-on-4® treatment. External Dental Laboratories

Using the All-on-4® Treatment Concept and through a simplified, minimally invasive and short surgical procedure (1 to 2 hours), the 4 implants that will support your fixed prosthesis will be placed. In addition to the All-on-4® technique, MALO CLINIC has also created and developed a set of associated products, such as the MALO CLINIC Surgical Kit (a set of 9 instruments) or the NobelSpeedy® implant, an implant with an innovative design developed in partnership with the Swedish company Nobel Biocare and recognized as the ideal implant for this technique, which optimize surgical practice.

5. Individual waiting room
